COVID-19  SAFETY GUIDELINES – updated July 1, 2021

Due to the close proximity and congregate nature of our spa, we continue to enforce a full mask mandate for our clients as well as our therapists and front desk staff.  This is to ensure the safety of our guests and therapists who may not be fully vaccinated or are unable to get the vaccine due to health issues.

We do ask that each guest wear a face covering for the entire duration of their services.  You are welcome to remove your face covering in the lounge area while sipping on a complimentary beverage or while you are receiving a facial.

If you, or anyone with whom you are in close contact, develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19 prior to your treatment, please call to reschedule. The 24-hour change/cancellation period will be waived.  These symptoms include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.

Guidelines upon arrival:

    • Please remember to put on a face covering prior to entry to the spa.
    • You will be asked to use sanitizer or wash hands immediately upon entry to the spa.
    • You will need to sign a certification that you are free of COVID-19 symptoms and a waiver.
